How I want to be remembered as?

Explanation on : How I want to be remembered as?

  • I have written a title
  • I have an opening sentence introducing what is being explained.
  • I have used present tense.
  • I have included technical words.
  • I have used cause and effect connectives.
  • My paragraph for each key points, explain how the subject works or what happens.
  • I have written a summary paragraph.

Term 4 is just around the corner, it's the sad reality but it also means that all the year 8 students are ready to move along for college. But we were all asked one very important question. What do we want to be remembered as? Which is basically the question which means, when we leave, what will everyone remember about us once our name pops into their head.

Personally I don’t really know what I would want to be remembered as. I know most people would remember me as the annoying goofy person, who in most situations speaks their mind. But then again I also want to be remembered as the girl who helps people when it is needed or just their to give a hand. But right now I want to ask myself, how will I remember Glen Innes School?

I remember GI school as the school I grew up not only with the amount of friends, but in mind. Helping me get to where I need to be or just showing me the virtues of being a good person.

I will most probably miss primary more than anything, leaving all the people I love, my favourite teachers (A.K.A Mrs Tu’Akoi),  the playground that I broke my leg on and just all the inspiring talented people that will be left and Glen Innes Primary.

I actually went around asking not only students but also teachers what they would remember about me. Most people said they would miss my smile, my hugs even how kind I was. Even remembered as the ‘Maori Girl’.

Last but not least I would like to be known as an independent person, who is able to do the impossible and who can be very trustworthy with doing good things when I am not told and to be able to.

When I leave Glen Innes School hopefully I do leave a legacy so that when I come to visit people will remember me.
