Leaves are good for back ache.

(5) What were the two lists in her journal for?

One was for baby names and the other one was for maori words.

(6) What was Thelma paralysed from?
She was paralysed from moving.

(7) Who said ‘Hei Konei’ and what does it mean?

It means ‘HERE’ and Thelma said it.

Paper Boats

Today we went down to look at the speed of the water in Omaru Creek.  We made some paper boats, took it down there and let them sail in the water.  It was great to see the water flowing and not standing still like the first time we went there.
